You agree to provide only accurate and truthful information. CITYBABY reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

PRICE

6. All price are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Every effort is made to update and keep current the prices shown on our website.However the Company reserves the right to amend prices in respect of orders which have not been accepted. Where a product is pictured on the website is for reference only (the actual product may vary slightly), the price quoted includes only the mainproduct described and not any accessories or accompanying items shown except where otherwise stated.

PAYMENT

7. Online shopping at our website is on a prepayment basis, orders are processed once payment has been received in full. Payments must be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only.

8. Products that are currently in stock in our warehouse, typically your order will be deliver to you within 1-14 days from date of full payment received.

DELIVERY

9. If any products are not available at the time of your order we will contact you immediately via E-mail, you will then have the option to wait for the stock replenishment or we will give you a full refund.
- Upon confirmation and successfull transaction of payment, we will E-mail you an Order Confirmation and Delivery Details, which includes your Tracking Number.Any delays in shipment or unavailability of purchased items, will be notifie via E-mail.

Free Delivery

Enjoy free delivery/shipping for orders above RM200 in a single order/ receipt. This free delivery option will be automatically available upon checkout.

Terms and Conditions

This offer is available for a limited period only

Only available for delivery to places within Peninsular Malaysia which are accessible by Skynet Courier Service.

For outskirt areas within Peninsular Malaysia which are NOT accessible by skynet Courier Service, there will be additional charges imposed to use POS LAJU. Citybaby Sdn.Bhd. will subsidize part of this charge and the remaining amount to be paid by customer will be calculated and customer will be informed of this prior to Citybaby Sdn Bhd processing the order. Only upon receiving approval from customer will CItybaby Sdn Bhd proceed to process the order.

Orders outside of Peninsular Malaysia (e.g. Sabah/Sarawak/Brunei) is not eligible to FREE SHIPPING.

Some promotion products which are one SALE might not be eligible for FREE Delivery. This will be stated on the individual product page. Pls email us at info@citybaby.com.my to confirm before putting your order.

DELIVERY COST

10. We provide FREE DELIVERY service to Peninsular Malaysia for purchases amount of RM200.00 and above in a single receipt. Minimal of RM9.50 will be imposed to orders amount below RM199.99 in Peninsular/West Malaysia (Subject to delivery destination).
